Dream Come True
Devin was my installer and did an excellent job! This was remodel of a 1972 turquoise tiled shower. Bathroom floor and new toilet. My finished product. a beautiful new shower., bathroom floor and toilet is beyond awesome. Thank you Devin, Mason and Gary for making my dream come true!!!
Bathroom renovation Plus other
Chris Jr, done and Absolutely amazing job on redoing our tub to shower renovation plus some other projects within the bathroom . Chris Jr, was knowledgeable and professional and he kept us in the loop on everything he done.. Our only problem was the ordering of materials, thinking we ordered a product that wasn’t actually on contract, but Palmetto Bath rectified the issue and got the situation resolved.. Kiddos to Palmetto Bath and Excellent work for a job well done to Chris Jr.. From a Veteran, if you’re looking for VA approved bathroom renovations..We recommend this company.
A Wonderful Shower
Chris was our installer, and he did a wonderful job. He was courteous, efficient and he listened well. The shower he installed is quite wonderful, and he cleaned up well after himself. Andrew did a very effective presentation at our home. He was personable and real with us, which was much appreciated. There is one shelf missing from our order, but I understand they will be here in about two weeks. All in all, a fine experience with Palmetto Bath.
walk in shower install
I had Palmetto Bath remove a tub/shower and install a walk in shower. Kelly did the install and he did a great job. It took 2 days to complete and I can't be happier. The shower looks great and the job sight was spotless. I will highly recommend Palmetto Bah.
Acrylic Shower Replacement
Kelly did a great job tearing our older shower out and totally replacing everything. Had no idea it would turn out as nice as it did. Took just a little over a day. Kelly protected the floors from the front door to the bathroom and kept a clean work environment. I like the results of this shower better than my tile showers. Will never do tile again.
Excellent Service
I am completely satisfied with my tub to shower conversion. Gabe did the construction and install and went above and beyond. His customer service and communication was superb. He included me in all decisions before placing the shelves, etc., which I really appreciated. I would rate Gabe and Palmetto Bath a 10 out of 10.
Wonderful job
Perfect experience from the planning through installation. Our installer, Will, did an incredible job, was completely up front about all that was to be done and left everything spotless and tested. 100% recommend, 5 star.
New Shower Install
My experience was great throughout the entire process. The salesman representative was very professional and walked us through all our options. Not a pressure sales approach like many other companies. Pricing was very fair and much lower than other companies that just try to take advantage of people. I like doing business with local companies. Installation was on schedule and their installation team was also very professional and did a great quality job. Micah who was on leading the installation was also very professional and answered all our questions throughout the installation process. At every point of contact from the initial sales appointment, scheduling, and installation with this company was great. You can tell that Palmetto Bath has a strong company culture established around customer service and satisfaction. Would highly recommend them for your next project. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.
