We are so happy with our new tub and shower installed by Palmetto Bath, Greer, SC. The installer, Brendan did a phenomenal job with expertise, care and professionalism. He was polite and answered any question we had. He is a very diligent in his trade and an extremely hard worker. Everything was organized and totally cleaned up when finished. If anyone is looking for a new bath and/ or shower, I would highly recommend Palmetto Bath. You definitely will not be disappointed!

Installed Walk-In Shower
What a great experience with Brandon and Gabe. We had a shower that was long overdue with a remodel, with a lot work to accomplish taking an existing bath out and completely replacing the floor and moving the plumbing. They were on time, professional and explained the complete process along the way. Our goal was a professional look without using sub-contractors that I had to track down (been down this route with another install and it was a logistical nightmare) and the team was able to deliver. Also thanks to Tony (salesman) for his professional approach in laying out our design and letting us know our options. He was responsive and honest with all our options.

Bath/shower conversion
Gabe Pedregin did my bath to shower conversion. He was punctual, professional, neat during the entire process. Took photos along the way of his progress. Did a top quality job and I was well pleased. I would use Gabe and palmetto bath again. Highly recommend!
Fantastic Job
Jeff was our installer and he did a fantastic job. We are very VERY happy with our new shower. When the job was complete he cleaned up the dust in the room. We would definitely use this company again. Actually we are already planning the next phase.

We are beyond pleased with our new shower!! Our home was built in the 80's. The shower/tub combo in our master bath was functional but not comfortable or practical. (One piece cave) I wanted a low threshold shower. Tony came out to give estimate. We were very impressed with him and with the company. - They use only products made in USA! That is very important to us. Love how they help Veterans too!! Tony brought samples of material and helped us design our project. We were told we would be called to set up installation in about 5-7 weeks - It was closer to just 4 weeks. We got scheduled for Valentines Day. Gabe and Branden were our installation crew. They are fantastic ! Super nice guys and very professional. They were so great about protecting my floors and not leaving any mess. Tony told us in the beginning the project might take 2 days but Gabe and Branden kept on it and completed the transformation in just one day. It is gorgeous! We are so happy we chose Palmetto Bath!!
Superb Job!
I couldn't pick Columbia as the location. Also, Brian sold us, but Jeff was the installer. Jeff is SO GOOD!!! On time, polite, professional, no wasted time, and our shower looks fantastic!!!
Looks Great. Wife Loves It.
We were looking to replace our bathtub surround. We aren't ready for a shower conversion as we have a cast iron tub that's solid as a rock. Tony came out and explaining their product and service and showed samples. He did not press us for a hard sale, just offered what they could do and quoted a price. We signed a contract and Tony said they were 6-7 weeks out - which was reasonable since we were in the holiday season. Yesterday Gabe and Brandon came out to do the install. Sure, I was concerned that sales says one thing and installers say something cannot be done but EVERYTHING Tony said was to be done, Gabe and Brandon completed. My wife works til 3 and they said they would be finished by 3. Sure enough, they were finished, cleaned up and gone before my wife came home. When I say cleaned up, they sure did. You could not tell they were even there. Gabe and Brandon were courteous and polite and easy to talk to during the entire install. Boy was my wife surprised. She sat there for 5 minutes admiring her new tub surround. She took pics and videos and told me the bathroom is now the nicest room in our house. Palmetto Bath exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you. Eric
