From dealing with Jalen in the beginning to our installers, Kelly, Remi and Trey we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A couple of hiccups were handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Pricing, quality and the customer experience was great for us. We love our new shower and will recommend Palmetto Bath to others.
