New Shower and Vanity Install
My old shower was leaking and we found some mold outside of it. When we found even more as we tore out the old floor Palmetto responded quickly and came in early and to remove the old shower so that we could determine the extent of the mold and remediate it. Then a few days later Thomas Macintos installed the new shower and vanity for us. He was very professional, neat and did awesome work. There were challenges in how the plumbing in this house was done and he figured it all out to make everything work perfectly. It is now a beautiful upgrade to what was there originally. All the attention to the questions and concerns I had made this project less stressful. Thomas's work in the installation made this a pleasant experience. Everything was cleaned and spotless when done. Highly recommend this company.
1970s Bathroom Remodel
Chris with Palmetto Bath did an incredible job transforming my 1970s bathroom into something modern, clean, and beautiful. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Very good experience from start to finish!
We worked with Shayne, Tony (designer) and Kelly (installer). Replaced an old tub with walk in shower and a new countertop and sink. Tony came out to the house and helped us design and choose choices for the project. Very helpful. When the materials were in Kelly came out and did the total installation in 3 days. He knows his craft and does a wonderful job! And was actually kind of tidy and kept things neat as possible. Highly recommend the team and Palmetto Bath. All were quite personable and pleasant to work with!

Kelly's shower installation
Kelly was very polite and professional in the installation of a new shower at our home. We needed to upgrade our shower. The big reason was for the need for grab bars and a bench as my wife and I are seniors. Kelly was fun to be around and did a wonderful job of installing the new shower. It was nice to share Navy stories with him. I would highly recommend the quality of work and the quality of the materials used by Kelly. I would recommend Palmetto Bath to everyone!
Second shower remodel from Palmetto Bath
We were so impressed by our first bath/shower remodel, we decided to do our other bathroom. Micah was amazing and very upfront throughout the whole process. Very professional and we are happy with the final results.

From the no-pressure sales presentation to the quality installation, I and my husband are very pleased with Palmetto Bath's removal of our bathtub and converting it to a large shower area. The sales process and installation process was top notch. The work was done on time and with the quality we expected. The staff was super friendly and they were all willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We had no worries with Gabe and Daniel as they worked inside our house. Right Shower, Right Time
My wife was released from a health care facility sooner than expected and Palmetto Bath insured our walk in shower was installed in a timely manner. Kelly, our installer, was very professional and component. He was very helpful in assisting me to arrange the assist bars and shelves were in the best positions. . He was careful to cover the floors and the bathroom sink and cabinet to insure they were protected. The foyer, hall and bathroom were left neat and clean. I have no complaints.
We could not be more satisfied
We have never had an upgrade project at our home go as well as this. Jeff (from Lugoff) was on time, got right to work, completed the work in one day and communicated well. We could not be more pleased.
