Project Coordinated by Palmetto BathGreenwood SC- Full Bathroom Remodel
The project features a 60” x 36” center-drain shower base installed over a crawlspace foundation, designed for durability and proper drainage. Walls were finished with oversized 12” x 12” slate-style wall surrounds in white, extending to the ceiling at 97 inches for a clean, seamless look that visually elevates the room. The larger tile format minimizes grout lines while maintaining a timeless, stone-inspired aesthetic.
For safety and comfort, a brushed nickel grab bar with integrated shelf was installed, paired with a Moen Brantford brushed nickel shower trim and a Magnetix handheld shower head for everyday convenience and flexibility. The shower is enclosed with a 60” x 76” tall Everest clear-glass door, allowing light to flow freely while keeping the space open and modern.
Beyond the shower, the bathroom received a coordinated upgrade with luxury vinyl tile flooring in Emerald Bay Marble, adding durability and water resistance with the look of natural stone. The vanity area was finished with Thinscape countertops in Soapstone Mist, complete with backsplash, a rectangular sink, and a matching brushed nickel single-handle faucet to tie the design together. A white ceiling panel and recessed lighting complete the refresh, brightening the space and enhancing visibility.
The existing toilet was carefully removed and reinstalled using an offset flange adjustment to accommodate the updated layout without compromising performance.
