Project Coordinated by Palmetto BathGreer SC- Shower Remodel
This bathroom was updated with a standard replacement walk-in shower designed to modernize the space while keeping the existing footprint efficient. The project includes a 60” x 32” white shower base with a left-hand drain, installed on a second-floor foundation to properly align with existing plumbing conditions.
The shower is surrounded by smooth acrylic wall panels in a Calcutta Marble finish, extending fully to the ceiling at 96 inches, creating a bright, continuous surface with a natural stone look. A 12” x 24” recessed niche in white was added for built-in storage, keeping everyday items accessible without disrupting the clean wall lines.
Gold accents define the shower’s details, including a gold footrest and brushed gold Align shower trim, paired with a clear glass sliding barn-style enclosure (60” x 74”) featuring brushed gold hardware. The glass enclosure maintains an open feel while allowing the marble-style walls and finishes to remain the focal point.
As part of the remodel, existing mudset tile flooring was removed, and luxury vinyl plank flooring in Antler Oak was installed throughout the bathroom for a warmer, more cohesive look. The existing toilet was carefully removed and reinstalled, preserving functionality while updating the surrounding finishes. Together, these upgrades create a bathroom that feels lighter, more refined, and far more intentional in both layout and finish selection.
