I needed a walk-in shower for my mom to be safe. I talked with Sales Manager Tony. He met with me for a couple of hours, and he helped by advising the options and costs. He was a great first face for the company, and I decided to proceed with the install. Materials were ordered and a date was scheduled. Gabe was the installer and he went over the job with me prior to beginning his work. He answered my questions, and worked diligently on the install. He took great pride in completing the job with precision and even the cleanup was great. I only knew he had been in my house by the beautiful new shower and a little dust. My mom can now safely shower independently which was her desire. I too am enjoying going from a 7” threshold to a very low threshold. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff from the sales manager, office staff and installer. I’m sure the staff is driven by an owner who expects his staff to deliver exceptional service, which they did. Two other friends in my community got new showers too, and they were very pleased as well. Gabe installed my shower and my neighbor’s shower and Kelly installed the other neighbor’s shower. All three of us are singing the praises of all involved in our installs. Great job, Palmetto Bath!
